Support Ready
The readiness review

One document set in.
One report out.

Everything an evaluator would likely say about your paperwork, said early enough to fix — with the fix already drafted.

What the report contains

A finding for every criterion in scope.

Rated honestly

The evaluators’ three-tier vocabulary

Good practice evident, development desirable, or action required — so the report reads the way your next evaluation will.

Two labels we never blur

“Not evidenced” is not “not applicable”

Where your set doesn’t cover something: not evidenced in the document set provided. Where a criterion doesn’t apply to your service type: not applicable. They call for very different responses, so they get different labels.

Cited to the spot

Document, section, criterion number

Every finding points to the exact place — and every actionable finding arrives with drafted remediation wording, ready to adapt into your own voice.

Scopes

Three ways in, one fixed price each.

ReviewWhen it fits
Surveillance readinessAhead of a mid-cycle surveillance audit — the narrower criterion set
Certification readinessAhead of full certification or re-certification — the complete scope
Where-we-standNo audit booked — the same review, on your calendar instead of theirs

Multi-site and larger providers: we scope together first, then quote. Every review is a fixed price agreed in writing before we begin — no day rates, no open-ended engagements. Asking costs nothing.

After the report

  • Findings walkthrough — a working session talking the report through with your quality lead or manager, available with any review.
  • Standing readiness — for providers who’d rather stay ready than get ready: we review new and changed documents as you produce them, alert you when the standard or evaluation programme moves, and refresh everything before your next audit. Fully asynchronous — no standing meetings.
What this is not. We are not a designated auditing agency and we are not your evaluator. A readiness review predicts; it does not certify, and it cannot bind the people who do. It also can’t see practice — a document review tells you where your paperwork would likely draw a finding, and making the practice behind the paperwork real is yours.
