Support Ready

Know what they’ll find, before they visit.

A fixed-price readiness review for community residential disability providers under Ngā Paerewa (NZS 8134:2021). Your documents, read the way your evaluator will read them — early enough to fix what they’d flag.

Criterion 2.3 · NZS 8134:2021 development desirable

Complaints policy sets no timeframes

The policy names the complaints pathway clearly, but commits to no timeframe for acknowledging or resolving a complaint. An evaluator would likely note the gap against the standard’s expectation of timely response.

Remediation draft included
A timeframes clause, drafted and ready for your quality lead to adapt — not a problem left with you, a fix started for you.

The deliverable

One report. Three promises.

Their vocabulary

Findings that read like your evaluation will

Every criterion rated good practice evident, development desirable, or action required — the evaluators’ own three-tier language, not generic advice.

Cited, not vague

Every finding points to the spot

Your document, the section, the criterion number. Your team goes straight to the page instead of guessing what we meant.

Fixes drafted

A remediation draft for every actionable finding

Drafted wording your quality lead can adapt the same day. The report starts the work, not just the worry.

To be plain about what this is and isn’t: we are not auditors, and a readiness review is not an audit, certification, or assurance — SAMS, Whakanui and the designated auditing agencies do that work. We predict what they would likely flag; we don’t certify. And a document review can only see documents: documents alone don’t demonstrate implementation.
How it runs

Five steps. Ten working days. One fixed price.

Questions providers ask first
Is this an audit?

No — and that’s the point. Your auditors and evaluators must stay independent, which means the one thing providers actually want before a visit (“read our documents and tell us what you’d flag”) has to come from someone who isn’t auditing you. That’s the seat we take. We predict; they decide.

What if we’re small?

The review is scoped and priced to the size of your document set — a single house is a perfectly good engagement. Small providers carry the same standard with a fraction of the quality resource; that’s exactly who this was built for.

What do you need from us?

Documents and a contact person. No site visit, no staff interviews, no meetings unless you want the walkthrough. You’ll get a document list up front; whatever you can’t find is itself worth knowing.

How do we know the predictions are any good?

Fair question — and we’d rather show than claim. Ask us about how we test our reviews against real, completed evaluations, with the provider holding the answer sheet.

What happens to our documents?

Identifying details are removed on our own equipment before any analysis, nothing goes to websites or shared drives, no report ever names a person, and your originals are deleted 30 days after you accept the report. The full commitments are in writing in every engagement — how we work has the detail.
