An operator, not an auditor.
Support Ready exists because the people best placed to help you prepare are the ones who can’t: your auditors.
Auditors and evaluators are independent — that’s the point of them, and it’s right. But it means the specific help providers actually want before an audit (“read our documents and tell us what you’d flag”) has to come from somewhere that isn’t auditing you. That’s the seat we take.

Jamie Robinson
Jamie is the director of NEURO SUPPORT LIMITED and founder of Neuro Support, a Christchurch disability support service operating under Ngā Paerewa — the same standard, the same evaluation cycle, and the same document load you carry. Fifteen years of frontline support work sit behind the service.
The review process was built the way an operator would build it: to be useful on a busy provider’s worst week, not just accurate. And because judgement doesn’t delegate well, every action required finding in every report is personally reviewed by Jamie before delivery.
The entity
Support Ready is a service of NEURO SUPPORT LIMITED (NZ company, Jamie Robinson sole director). One entity, two services: Neuro Support works with individuals; Support Ready works with providers.
